Refund policy

•  All sales are final. 
• Please ensure you review your order carefully before submitting payment.
  -  Refunds are unavailable unless it is visibly proven to be A mistake on our end. If there’s a defective item or product that has been  destroyed due to my companies lack of preparation, A picture or video of the defective item is necessary for refund or store credit within 7 days of delivery. 
  -We do not credit or refund for unsatisfied taste or smell. We scent all product the exact same and we are aware that each and every customer’s taste buds or smell senses are indeed different. 
  -Please understand that it is the customer’s responsibility to put the correct information when placing orders. If your package is returned due to incorrect address, you will only recieve refund for the amount of product excluding shipping. 
  - Once we submit your package to the United States Postal Service (USPS), and/or UBER Delivery courier ,we are no longer responsible for delivery nor are we responsible for lost packages. 
  - By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms and you agree to not chargeback unless it’s for a reason that’s not stated above.
