☘️We do not offer refunds unless it is visibly proven to be A mistake on our end. The refund will consist of repayment of the product minus shipping fee.  All shipping fees is issued to shipping carrier for their services.                             ☘️If there’s a defective item or product that has been  destroyed due to my companies lack of preparation, A picture or video of the defective item is necessary for refund or store credit within 7 days of purchase.  Send picture of defective item to corrections.luckiichawnkz@gmail.com along with your name on order and/or order number. 
☘️We do not credit or refund for unsatisfied taste or smell.
☘️We scent all product the exact same and we are aware that each and every customer’s taste buds or smell scenses are indeed different. 
☘️Once we submit your package to the United States Postal Service (USPS), and/or UBER Delivery courier ,we are no longer responsible for delivery nor are we responsible for lost packages.
