Shipping Information:
Small Packages: items that fit in a USPS flat rate padded bag (1-2 regular size items, up to 35 oz).
Medium Packages: items that require a Medium USPS flat rate box (over 35 oz).
Large flat rate USPS box are for packages over 50 oz or equivalent to 6-7 items
☘️The normal estimates of 5-8 business days Monday-Friday are for prepping and/or processing only and do not include transit time.
☘️Transit Time is considered the time that the package is turned over to USPS to be shipped off. It is the responsibility of the USPS to make sure the package is safely shipped and delivered within transit time. If it is after the 5-8 business days, please email us at tracking.luckiichawnkz@gmail.com with your order name and/or order number and the issue at hand.
☘️Priority Mail Service is the service that is used for shipping,so time frame of shipment is 2-3 days depending on location.
☘️Please note that the prep and processing time to prepare your order depends on how many orders we have at that time.
☘️ Always refer to social media page(Luckii Chawnkz) or website for shipping volume before ordering.
☘️Note: During our busy season. There will be a wait time of approximately 15-30 days due to the expansion of our business We ask that you please order accordingly

⚠️- Once we submit your package to the United States Postal Service (USPS), and/or UBER Delivery courier ,we are no longer responsible for delivery nor are we responsible for lost or severed packages.
